Cheadle School of Dance

Payment of Dance Lessons

1. Fees are to be paid within 14 days of the start of each half term or within 14 days of receipt of an invoice, whichever is later.
2. Fees can be paid online, in cash or by cheque. Online payments are now the preferred method. If paying by cheque, the cheque should be made payable to Miss H Butler.
3. All payments must be in a sealed envelope with the pupil’s name written on the front and handed to Miss Butler or Miss Becky personally. 
4. In the event that payment is not received by the due date, Miss Butler reserves the right to refuse to teach the pupil concerned until such time as payment has been made in full.

Payment of Examination Fees and Coaching Classes

1. All examination fees must be paid for in advance of the examination. In the event payment has not been received and if payment is by cheque, the cheque has not cleared, Miss Butler reserves the right to withdraw the pupil from the examination. If the pupil withdraws from the examination the examination fee will not be refunded.
2. All coaching classes must be paid for in full prior to the examination, whether or not the pupil is entered for or withdraws from the examination.

Payment of Extras

1. Payment for dance costumes, shoes and other items must be made in full on receipt of those items.

Health

1. If a pupil shows any symptoms of Covid-19 they must not attend class and Miss Butler must be notified as soon as possible.
2. If a pupil develops any health issues or allergies (other than those disclosed on the admissions form) these must be notified to Miss Butler as soon as possible and in any event prior to the pupil’s next dance lesson. 

Termination of lessons

1. If a pupil does not wish to continue with dance lessons, one half term’s notice must be given to Miss Butler. If such notice is not given, Miss Butler reserves the right to charge the pupil for one half term’s dance lessons.

Non Attendance

1. If a lesson is missed, there will be no refund for the missed lesson.
2. If a pupil is unable to attend a lesson, Miss Butler should be notified either by text or phone in advance of the lesson.
